Raza Bashir brings nearly two decades of diverse and extensive banking experience to the financial sector. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School (UK) and a BSc in Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Over the course of his career, Raza has held key leadership and managerial positions in Pakistan and abroad, serving with globally recognized institutions including the Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Habib Bank Ltd, and Askari Bank Ltd.
His expertise spans wholesale banking, risk management, strategic restructuring, and the execution of transformative initiatives. He is particularly recognized for his ability to manage intricate restructuring transactions and lead projects that drive institutional change and modernization.
In his current role as Chief of Staff & Strategy at The Bank of Punjab (BOP), Raza plays a central role in operationalizing and implementing the Bank’s strategic vision and Board-mandated initiatives. He works closely with the President & CEO in areas of strategic management, governance, and execution, serving as the principal coordinator for strategic projects across the Bank. His leadership ensures alignment, accountability, and effective delivery among senior executives and business groups.
Raza’s blend of international banking exposure, governance expertise, and proven track record of strategic execution equips him with the skills and vision to contribute meaningfully to the Board of Directors of BOP Exchange.

Mr. Ahmad Mansoor brings along 27 years of extensive experience, having worked across various Financial Institutions such as Citi Bank (N.A), MCB Bank Ltd, Habib Bank Ltd, Allied Bank Limited and State Bank of Pakistan. He held the position of Senior Joint Director at the State Bank of Pakistan for a duration of three years. He also served as Group Head for Credit Risk Review and Special Assets Management at Allied Bank Limited. Prior to joining The Bank of Punjab, he held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Allied Bank Ltd.
He is a graduate of Punjab University Lahore, holding degrees in M.Com and LLB; additionally he has certifications of CA(Foundation) from ICAP and Diploma in Banking and Islamic Banking Diploma from NIBAF Pakistan.
